Role Overview

The President of Executive Operations will act as the operational core of the executive office. This role is accountable for establishing and maintaining the systems and routines that convert strategic objectives into reliable, measurable outcomes. You will manage enterprise-wide operational cadence, priorities, and ensure cross-functional coordination, aligning with the executive leadership on performance and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and own enterprise operating rhythms, priorities, and execution frameworks.
  • Facilitate coordination and delivery across various business units and functions.
  • Oversee operations and governance processes at the executive office level.
  • Manage goal-setting, tracking, and accountability systems for enterprise performance.
  • Lead strategic, high-impact initiatives directly for the CEO.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to align execution and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years in operations leadership, chief-of-staff, or general management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently translate strategy into operational delivery.
  • Extensive expertise managing cross-functional operating rhythms at scale.
  • Proven leadership in building and directing operations teams.
  • Strong strategic judgment with capacity to set priorities and manage enterprise trade-offs.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presence, comfortable with board and investor interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing operations across multiple global regions.
  • History of leading operational transformations or scaling initiatives.
  • Background as a chief-of-staff or leadership in executive office functions.
  • Operations leadership experience within the relevant industry sectors of the client.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $475,000 to $625,000, based on experience, qualifications, and interview outcomes.
