About the Role

You will create impactful visuals for web and marketing that help INFUSE clearly communicate value and drive conversions. This role turns briefs into polished, implementation-ready presentation designs aligned with real campaigns and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop presentation materials aligned with brand strategy, including sales sheets, business development templates, and sales training content.
Deliver strong conceptual ideas alongside high-quality visual execution.
Pay meticulous attention to detail throughout all deliverables.
Keep abreast of design trends, competitors' presentations, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness and quality of presentations.
Manage time efficiently to meet assigned deadlines.
Maintain an adaptive, accountable, and responsive attitude while fostering a collaborative work environment with humility and humor.

Candidate Profile and Skills

At least 5 years of professional experience specializing in presentation graphic design.
Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
Good working knowledge of Figma for visual concept transformation.
Ability to simplify complex information and make it engaging and easy to understand.
Experience in technology sectors, including hardware and software.
Background in web design is essential.
Degree in a design-related discipline.
Creative and original thinker with strong initiative and work ethic.
Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian languages.
English communication skills at B1 (Intermediate) level or above.

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience using Claude Design or similar AI tools is considered a plus.
