About the Role

We are urgently seeking experienced Preferred Relationship Managers to join Anand Rathi Group in Pune. Anand Rathi is a leading Indian full-service securities firm providing a range of financial services including Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Advisory, Brokerage & Distribution. The firm serves corporates, institutions, foreign investors, and individuals across more than 180 locations.

The Relationship Manager - Preferred serves as the primary point of contact for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining these valuable relationships. This role includes crafting and executing personalized financial plans to ensure clients receive tailored advice and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage affluent and super affluent clients, focusing on maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Generate Assets Under Management (AUM) through mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and structured products.
  • Advise clients comprehensively across asset classes and manage their overall financial portfolios.
  • Continuously monitor the market segment for potential new clients in the affluent and super affluent categories.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities relevant to client portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with product and research teams, including the centralized Certified Financial Planner (CFP) team, to assist clients' investment decisions.
  • Organize and support business development activities such as seminars and workshops to engage clients and prospects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience as a Relationship Manager in Private Banking or Wealth Management environments.
  • Proven track record of selling financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured products.
  • Skill in handling clients with investment portfolios of at least Rs. 1 crore and above.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and teamwork orientation.
  • Demonstrated career stability with a minimum of 3-4 years tenure in current and previous roles.
