Powerpoint Specialist

Job Summary

This role involves designing and initiating sophisticated business tasks that replicate real-world professional use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, based on environments similar to Fortune 500 companies. The specialist will work closely with an advanced language model (LLM) to create, edit, and review Office Open XML documents, concentrating primarily on PowerPoint (.pptx) files.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop realistic, complex business tasks reflecting professional scenarios in Fortune 500 settings.
• Collaborate interactively with an advanced language model to generate and refine Office Open XML files.
• Evaluate and select the best outputs from two LLM-generated deliverables at each task step, using quality criteria.
• Create prompts and tasks typically requiring deep business knowledge and lengthy manual effort without AI support.
• Engage in structured four-turn dialogues with the LLM, providing detailed feedback after every iteration.
• Record observations and suggest improvements for LLM performance on authentic business documents.
• Leverage expertise in cross-functional use cases such as reporting, presentations, data analysis, and business proposals across diverse industries and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of recent experience managing complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or leading consultancies.
• Expertise in PowerPoint with substantial experience in Excel and Word, demonstrated by a strong history of professional business document production and review.
• Proven ability to create and implement projects in industries like finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail, and functions including strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
• Experience in crafting realistic business scenarios and workflows applied in modeling, reporting, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with talent for developing precise, constructive feedback.
• Previous exposure to LLMs or AI-based tools is highly advantageous, especially with iterative conversational techniques.
• Professional titles aligning with this role include private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, or marketing strategist.
