PMO Analyst

Role Overview

Join a strategic transformation programme within the Wealth business as a BAU & Operations Support Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Singapore. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting both ongoing business operations and a large-scale transformation initiative. Collaboration with various teams including business, operations, technology, and programme management will be essential to coordinate daily activities, monitor operational metrics, resolve issues, and uphold governance standards throughout the programme's duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Support repetitive operational procedures, reporting tasks, and stakeholder requirements.
• Juggle BAU priorities with transformation efforts to maintain balance.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports covering KPIs and KRIs for management updates.
• Track operational performance to detect trends and potential risks, offering insights that aid business decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for BAU-related queries and incident resolution.
• Collaborate across departments to investigate operational interruptions and ensure timely resolution, maintaining issue logs and action tracking.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Programme teams, preparing governance materials and facilitating communications to minimize disruptions.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements to operational processes and reporting to enhance resilience and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of five years working in Business Operations, Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Operational Support within banking or financial services.
• Experience handling BAU activities in conjunction with business transformation or project delivery.
• Skilled in creating operational dashboards, KPI/KRI reporting, and management reporting tools.
• Strong at managing multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities in a fast-moving work environment.
• Experienced in issue management, operational support, and incident tracking.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient communication skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
• Background as a PMO, Business Analyst, or Operations Analyst supporting major transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking, Consumer Banking, or Financial Services Operations.
• Familiar with operational readiness initiatives, business transitions, or legal entity migrations.
• Understanding of project governance, reporting frameworks, and operational risk management principles.
