About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to join Target's Change & Transition Delivery team as a PMO Analyst on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. The role is fully remote and focuses on supporting medium and large Business Change initiatives, ensuring projects are well managed, governed, and positioned for success.

Team Environment

You will become part of an experienced, supportive team at the forefront of significant organizational change. This role involves shaping and re-establishing processes critical to strengthening the company's change management capabilities. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, involving close interaction with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, fostering strong, cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement core project controls for monitoring progress, risks, and impacts across projects and programmes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and communication frameworks.
  • Forge strong relationships with stakeholders to encourage the adoption of new working methodologies within Change Delivery.
  • Assist Project and Programme Managers with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Proactively identify and escalate projects at risk to maintain visibility and support.
  • Contribute to establishing consistent governance and programme environments through embedded new processes.
  • Propose and support improvements to evolving processes to embed best practices and define the standard ways of working.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education equivalent to A Level or higher.
  • Project Management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, or similar.
  • Previous experience working as a PMO Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills and Background:

  • P3O Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • Experience within Financial Services sectors.
  • Exposure to BPO environments or collaboration with offshore teams.
