Role Overview and Experience Requirements

This position is open for candidates having 0 to 1 year of experience, preferably in laborer or handyman roles. However, the ideal background includes 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrate 2 to 3 years' practical experience working as a laborer or handyman.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors using good interpersonal skills.
• Foster and adhere to the culture and practices of plant or site working environments.
• Strictly observe safety protocols specific to automatic plant operations.
• Understand and act upon both written and verbal instructions.

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes

• Primary education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within teams.
• Flexibility to be assigned work at any company unit as needed by management.
