About the Employer

Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm engaged in substantial infrastructure and urban development projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Their expertise covers large-scale bulk earthworks, road and rail infrastructure, airport enhancements, along with trunk water and sewer services for both private and governmental clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for pipe laying operations.
• Install pipes for stormwater, sewer, and watermain systems.
• Interpret project blueprints and conduct site surveying.
• Perform trenching and subsequent backfilling tasks.

Work Schedule

The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's licence and dependable personal transportation.
• Holding a white construction card.
• Previous experience in pipe laying and related duties.
• Strong work ethic with high reliability.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage of $45 per hour plus penalties and daily travel allowance.
• Multiple positions available locally in Gympie.
• Immediate start with straightforward onboarding.
