Role Overview

In an era where AI significantly reshapes engineering methods, Binance seeks skilled Full Stack Engineers to pioneer within product teams. Those selected will be among the initial dedicated full stack engineers, responsible for establishing an autonomous and AI-enhanced end-to-end development framework throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle development of product features across both frontend and backend components.
• Incorporate leading AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development to boost productivity.
• Efficiently transform product specifications into operational implementations, minimizing handoff challenges between frontend and backend.
• Serve as a full stack advocate within your team by leading best practices, mentoring others, and promoting AI-assisted development methods.
• Identify and address efficiency challenges in cross-team cooperation by recommending enhancements in product design and engineering workflows.
• Engage throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design phases to deployment and subsequent iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; ideally in Computer Science or a related AI field.
• Between 1 and 5 years of practical professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages, particularly Java or Golang.
• Experience with Node.js and React for frontend development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver production-ready end-to-end projects, beyond personal or experimental work.
• Understanding of database schema design, data modeling, and fundamental backend concepts.
• Advanced skills in mainstream AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Competency in specifying requirements for AI tools clearly and reviewing, validating, and refining AI-generated code yourself.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach—anticipate and initiate work without awaiting assignment.
• Product and operations-oriented mindset capable of translating ambiguous ideas into definitive, actionable specifications.
• Observant of practices across teams with an inclination to propose improvements actively.
• Strong logical reasoning coupled with excellent communication and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.
• If originating from a frontend background:
  • In-depth React knowledge including component structure, reusability, and state management strategies.
  • Comfort with modern frontend tooling including build processes, TypeScript typing, and automated testing.
  • Firm understanding of rendering techniques, performance optimizations, and frame budgeting.
• If originating from a backend background:
  • Expertise in high-concurrency programming, threading, locks, and asynchronous operations.
  • Experience with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ and concepts of eventual consistency and asynchronous decoupling.
  • Familiarity with distributed system fundamentals such as service discovery, circuit breakers, rate limiting, and load balancing.

Additional Assets

• Contributions to open-source projects or notable repositories on GitHub.
• Cross-platform development experience spanning iOS, Android, and Web.
