About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Photographer-Videographer to join our team based in Doha, Qatar. If you have a passion for capturing visually impactful images and videos and possess the creativity and technical expertise to tell compelling stories, this opportunity is for you. The position involves working closely with the creative team to develop and produce outstanding visual content aligned with brand campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photographs and video content for a variety of projects, ensuring they align perfectly with the creative brief.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into powerful visual narratives.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to uphold brand aesthetics and maintain consistency across materials.
• Lead the coordination and execution of photo and video shoots, including set preparation, lighting arrangement, composition, and directing talent to meet project goals.
• Stay current with emerging photography and videography trends, integrating innovative techniques into your creative output.
• Manage simultaneous projects effectively, prioritize duties, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Support pre-production activities like concept brainstorming, storyboarding, mood board creation, and scouting locations.
• Provide raw image and video assets to editors, ensuring the material aligns with the envisioned creative direction and collaborating closely during final edits.
• Maintain and prepare all photographic and videographic equipment to ensure readiness for shoots.
• Work across diverse styles, ranging from lifestyle and product photography to corporate events and promotional video campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possess 3 to 4 years of professional experience in photography and videography, supported by a robust portfolio.
• Skilled in operating studio and artificial lighting equipment for both photo and video shoots.
• Experience with video production techniques including camera framing, movement, and basic sound recording.
• Advanced post-processing abilities utilizing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, with an ability to interpret and deliver on creative briefs effectively.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet critical deadlines.
• Versatility in handling multiple photography styles and video formats tailored to varying project demands.
• Familiarity with art direction concepts is considered advantageous.
