Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and commercially-minded Pest Control Manager to spearhead the growth and operations of our pest control division throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid experience in business development in the Saudi market combined with exceptional operational leadership to secure contracts, build teams, and deliver outstanding, compliant services.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the pest control business strategy and oversee the profit and loss for KSA operations.
- Lead sales efforts to acquire contracts across various sectors including commercial, industrial, warehouse, hospitality, and residential markets.
- Recruit, instruct, and manage field operations and technical personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards set by the Saudi Food & Drug Authority, municipal Baladiya, and Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
- Oversee procurement of chemicals and manage safety protocols (HSE) alongside licensing procedures.
- Establish performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and quality benchmarks to guarantee excellent service delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and manage key accounts effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with strong organizational skills.
- At least eight years of experience in pest control, including demonstrable success in developing and expanding business within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Proven capabilities in both sales growth and operational leadership with team building expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of KSA pest control licenses, regulations, use of SFDA-approved pesticides, and health and safety standards.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective hiring and personnel development skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Must hold a valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama residence permit.
