About The Role
As a Personal Business Manager, you will provide outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing the financial requirements of clients. This includes offering tailored solutions across business banking, home loans, insurance, and investment products. Building trusted relationships and delivering positive outcomes, aligned with our organizational values, are central to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers through meaningful conversations to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of banking processes and products to confidently serve business clients.
- Offer market-leading service consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with branch colleagues and other departments to handle customer inquiries and referrals adequately.
- Ensure compliance by thoroughly understanding customer risk profiles.

- Work location: ANZ Albany Mall Branch, Auckland, New Zealand.
- Work hours: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday schedules, including late evenings.
