About Deloitte

Our Christchurch office is currently seeking a full-time permanent Personal Assistant to support teams in Technology & Transformation and Strategy, Risk & Transactions alongside three Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements including logistics and accommodations for Partners and internal/external events.
  • Manage financial tasks such as expense reporting and invoice processing related to the Partners and assist the wider team with finance-related activities.
  • Proactively oversee diary management to ensure smooth scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and update essential business systems, including CRM, time tracking, and billing software.
  • Create and refine high-quality client documents ensuring accuracy and brand compliance through Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other software.
  • Lead initiatives to cultivate a positive office culture and enhance internal communications.
  • Streamline office processes to boost operational efficiency.
  • Handle professional correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with other support team members across the organization.
  • Facilitate event and meeting logistics, material preparation, and partner support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide administrative assistance for broader office activities and events.
