Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will own the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid campaigns while partnering with creative, production, and account management teams to deliver strong results for clients in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, refine, and scale paid media campaigns.
• Handle advertising activity across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Track campaign outcomes and keep improving key performance indicators.
• Review marketing data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Work alongside designers, copywriters, and video editors to raise ad effectiveness.
• Prepare performance updates on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Keep current with platform changes and broader industry developments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Practical experience with Google Ads.
• Exposure to TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Good analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and CAC.
• Prior experience with Saudi businesses or the Saudi market.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
