About the Role
The Performance Marketing Manager, Client Success, based in the Flatiron District of New York City, will be responsible for managing daily communications, analyzing media strategies, and developing go-to-market campaign briefs for a diverse client portfolio. This position emphasizes fostering strong partnerships and delivering excellent results across multiple campaigns. The role collaborates closely with Props' media, content, and strategy teams to facilitate seamless execution and build lasting client trust, underpinning business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and assess media performance for assigned client accounts, ensuring proactive and transparent client engagement.
- Lead periodic client meetings, preparing structured agendas, managing follow-ups, and implementing actionable solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business objectives and success metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in drafting and updating detailed campaign briefs that serve as the central reference for all teams involved.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with media, content, and operations teams regarding media strategies, reporting protocols, deliverables, and timelines.
- Clarify the paid media strategy of Props, covering Paid Social, Organic, and On Site content aspects, to clients.
- Oversee campaign timelines and milestones, ensuring all deadlines are met and communicated efficiently.
- Support preparation of campaign reports, facilitate data-driven analysis, and generate strategic insights for client meetings and weekly performance reviews.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in client success, account management, or optimization of paid social media campaigns.
- Capability to handle multiple client projects and campaigns concurrently.
- Strong competence in leveraging data-driven insights to support initiatives.
- Excellent organizational abilities paired with effective communication skills.
