Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, contract adjustments, and leave administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation.
• Collaborate closely with the People and Systems Analyst to design, prototype, and refine AI-driven tools that modernize People Operations processes, taking ownership of their deployment and ongoing use.
• Assist the Compliance & Operations Manager in organizing compliance trainings, tracking completion, following up with non-completers, maintaining policy communication and version controls, and updating jurisdiction-specific compliance checklists and SOPs.
• Maintain uncompromising data integrity within HRIS systems to ensure superior AI performance and decision-making.
• Continuously identify and propose enhancements to manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes, clearly outlining problems, current workflows, and improved solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 3 years experience in HR Operations or People Operations with a solid grasp of effective HR practices and common pitfalls.
• Proven ability to create solutions to process challenges, whether through automation, tool building, or system development, regardless of the domain.
• Familiarity with automation or AI platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or Claude; openness to learning and hands-on experimentation encouraged.
• Experience using HRIS platforms, ideally BambooHR; expert proficiency not mandatory.
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional environments such as Australia, multiple US states, or the UK is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 USD annually, with total compensation including equity and benefits. Actual pay depends on market factors and candidate qualifications discussed during interview stages.
