Role Overview

We are seeking a P&C Advisor for our People & Culture team to support our Nabenet, IIME, and Ontime Healthcare business units. This position offers early-career HR professionals a valuable opportunity to develop comprehensive experience across the employee lifecycle by acting as the initial contact for daily HR matters, providing administrative and coordination assistance while working closely with senior leadership to grow P&C capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and record maintenance.
  • Ensure accuracy of HR systems, employee records, leave management, and payroll-related data.
  • Prepare reports including people analytics, workforce metrics, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist recruitment activities through job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers for policy guidance and process queries.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, correspondence, and official letters.
  • Support performance management, probation assessments, leave administration, and flexible working arrangements.
  • Contribute to cultural initiatives, internal events, and continuous improvement efforts.
