Role Overview

We invite you to join our close-knit, approachable Payroll Team located at the Worthing Town Hall. You will be responsible for accurately and timely processing monthly payrolls by collecting and verifying relevant data in line with the Council's established policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

We seek a detail-oriented and organized team contributor who possesses strong numeracy skills. Candidates must have demonstrable payroll processing experience and a thorough understanding of PAYE, National Insurance, and other required statutory deductions. Employment Details

Position Grade: Grade 5
Salary Range: £31,537 to £36,363 per annum
Work Hours: 37 hours per week
Primary Work Location: Worthing Town Hall with hybrid working options
