Role Overview
The Partner Manager is responsible for overseeing relationships with Vendors and Ad Agencies within Dick’s Retail Media Network. This role involves presenting and consulting on media plans, delivering post-campaign analyses, resolving challenges, and providing strategies aligned with Vendor objectives. Success depends on excellent consultative abilities, client service, creativity, team collaboration, and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Vendor relationships leveraging the Dick’s Retail Media Network.
- Advise on digital media campaign targets and KPIs, crafting plans to meet objectives and overcoming challenges for Vendors and their advertising agencies.
- Handle a large portfolio, surpass sales goals, and expand personal business accounts.
- Engage and build senior-level relationships with Vendor and agency contacts.
- Deliver and explain digital post-campaign performance reports.
- Identify data-driven solutions to address client challenges.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to implement media plans within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams including planning, measurement, operations, creative, and product/technology to ensure timely delivery of client solutions.
- Maintain precise client information using CRM systems.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Vendors throughout digital media campaign planning.
- Bringing knowledge in Omni-Channel and performance media is advantageous.
- Drive growth initiatives for the Retail Media Network by understanding and promoting product offerings.
- Work closely with leadership to capitalize on growth opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual financial goals.
- Keep vendor data and commitments current using CRM and internal reporting systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather Vendor feedback and continuously enhance operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $95,200 to $158,800 annually, forming part of a comprehensive rewards package that may include incentives, equity, and benefits.
