Partner Development Manager, Global System Integrator (Arabic, English)

About the Role

The Google Cloud Platform team is dedicated to assisting clients in digital transformation with secure, reliable, and scalable cloud technology. This role focuses on identifying and engaging appropriate partners to support sales efforts and consumption growth in the Enterprise segment, managing partner performance, and aligning partner priorities with Google's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner business outcomes, align their capabilities with Google's objectives to achieve quarterly goals, and conduct business reviews with top partners and Google leadership.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with regional sales and partner leadership, integrating partner value propositions into Partner Sales Manager teams.
• Aid partners in expanding their Google Cloud practice and product offerings by co-developing solutions and delivering tailored presentations on Google Cloud technologies.
• Encourage partners to develop a partner-driven pipeline, nominate them for inbound and outbound leads, ensure pipeline accuracy, and lead regional demand generation events and strategic partner engagement.
• Represent Google’s strategies at industry events, influence industry standards and agendas, and shape partnership strategies with key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in technology sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management.
• Background working with public cloud technologies.
• Experience with service providers or solution integrator ecosystems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English for frequent customer-facing interactions with regional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with solution providers, system integrators, or managed service providers.
• Skilled in delivering presentations to executive-level audiences at customer, partner, or industry events.
• Hands-on experience implementing cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of consumption-based business models, cloud economics, and partner contract frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Arabic and English.
