Job Overview
Earlyjobs is looking to recruit Outbound Telecallers for Frankfinn in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The primary responsibility is to initiate calls to prospective students, introduce Frankfinn’s educational programs, generate leads, schedule counseling sessions, and follow up with potential candidates.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to reach prospective students.
- Provide detailed explanations of Frankfinn’s courses and benefits.
- Identify and generate leads by engaging interested candidates.
- Arrange counseling appointments based on candidate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Consistently meet daily targets related to both outgoing calls and conversions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education qualification: Completion of 12th grade or graduation.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Kannada are mandatory.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a positive mindset.
- Basic proficiency with computer operations and data entry.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this role is between INR 18,000 and INR 22,000.
