Outbound Telecaller for Lead Generation

Job Overview

We are seeking candidates for the role of Outbound Telecaller specializing in lead generation for personal loans. The position is based in Thuraipakkam, Chennai, with an aim to connect with customers, explain loan benefits, and successfully generate and qualify leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate quality leads for personal loan products.
• Clearly communicate the details, offers, and advantages of loan options to interested customers.
• Assess and qualify customer requirements to ensure suitability of products.
• Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and consistently meet assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Education level: Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduation.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with previous experience.
• Proficiency in English along with fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Versant V4 certification; for Malayalam and Kannada candidates, a V3 level is acceptable.

Working Hours & Shift Information

The role follows a fixed shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sunday designated as the weekly off day.

Compensation Details

• Tamil Language Process:
  • Cost to Company (CTC): ₹21,000 per month
  • Take-home salary: ₹15,978 plus incentives
  • Option without PF contribution: ₹18,000 plus incentives
• Malayalam & Kannada Language Process:
  • Cost to Company (CTC): ₹22,000 per month
  • Take-home salary: ₹16,979 plus incentives
  • Option without PF contribution: ₹19,000 plus incentives
