About the Role
FiveS Digital is looking to hire motivated sales professionals for the role of Outbound Sales Representative within their Loan Sales division. The position is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, and works fixed hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Sundays off every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assess customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate loan options.
- Source leads and successfully convert them into loan applications.
- Promote and sell banking and financial products to existing and potential clients.
- Support customers throughout the entire loan journey including eligibility checks, documentation, application submission, and loan disbursal.
- Follow up regularly to enhance conversion rates.
- Address customer inquiries related to loan products, interest rates, paperwork, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relations for future business and referral opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and comply with established KPIs.
- Adhere to internal company policies and maintain quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Outbound Sales, Tele Sales, or BFSI Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven with capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of banking and loan offerings is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates experienced within Banking, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Telecalling, or Telesales sectors.

- Monthly salary up to ₹17,500 based on experience and performance during selection.
