Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage the order-taking and order-placement process specifically for In-Room Dining (IRD) services.
- Coordinate and fulfill all service-related requests associated with In-Room Dining effectively.
- Provide guests with comprehensive and helpful information concerning menu selections.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, special promotions, and food preparation methods.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food and beverage handling.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as an Order Taker or a related role, preferably within upscale or luxury hotel environments.
- Outstanding communication and customer service capabilities.
- Capability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring precise order processing.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage services including familiarity with menu items and their ingredients.
- Excellent organizational aptitude with a keen attention to detail.
