Primary Duties

• Enter and manage customer orders precisely within the company’s order management system.
• Confirm all order details, specifications, and pricing to maintain order accuracy.
• Engage with customers to verify order information and handle any inquiries.
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
• Keep detailed records of orders and related paperwork organized.
• Deliver responsive and professional customer service.
• Help resolve any discrepancies or challenges concerning orders as they occur.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in order entry, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
