Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure precise weighing and compounding by adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout production areas in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.
• Operate production machinery including pumps, mixers, and filling equipment efficiently.
• Manage the movement of raw materials and packaging supplies such as 25 kg bags and 200 kg drums safely.
• Accurately record production data, including batch and material numbers, using SAP systems to maintain reliable shop floor documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education of any graduate or diploma holder.
• Mandatory experience with SAP, particularly for Executive or Senior Executive roles; basic computer proficiency including Excel competence required.
• Physical aptitude to handle heavy equipment and materials safely.
• Thorough awareness of compliance with GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.

• Excellence in error-free measurement, blending, and documentation processes to safeguard product quality.
• Proficient use of SAP and Excel to aid inventory management and streamline production efficiency.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and result-oriented approach.
