Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor to join our team based in the Al-Qassim Region. This role focuses on managing daily activities within the transportation and logistics field, ensuring smooth and efficient truck and driver operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and logistics activities.
• Manage and track truck movements, driver assignments, and daily trips.
• Plan and coordinate trip schedules to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise truck readiness and liaise with relevant departments for maintenance and operational needs.
• Compile and review daily operation reports.
• Quickly identify and address operational challenges.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and operational standards are adhered to.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least six years of operational experience in transportation and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise truck and driver activities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
