Role Overview
The Operations Outreach Specialist plays a vital role within Truework’s operations team, responsible for completing manual verification requests essential for accurate and prompt delivery of the core product. This high-volume, detail-oriented role requires professional communication with employers, payroll providers, and HR representatives to secure verification data, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full manual outreach lifecycle to complete employment and income verifications swiftly and precisely.
- Initiate outbound calls and written correspondence with HR and payroll contacts to obtain timely verification information.
- Conduct research and validation to ensure contact accuracy, uphold data integrity, and prevent fraudulent or incomplete verifications.
- Handle a substantial daily volume of new and follow-up verification requests while maintaining excellent accuracy and documentation standards.
- Utilize internal tools and workflows to complete verifications within established service level agreements.
- Work closely with Customer Support, Quality, and other departments to escalate complex issues and support process enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year of experience in outreach, contact center, sales, fulfillment, or other customer-facing roles, preferably in startup or rapidly growing environments.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence and resolve problems via phone and email.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly motivated self-starter committed to achieving productivity and fulfillment targets.
- Dedicated ownership mindset towards customer and revenue-impacting tasks, with strict adherence to data security, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach: able to raise standards, act swiftly, persevere through uncertainty, and deliver significant outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage range in Nashville, TN: $16.83 to $21.16 USD.

Additional Information
Although this position is remote, Checkr strongly encourages working from one of its regional offices (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, Santiago) at least three days per week to foster collaboration and innovation.
