Role Overview

As part of The Frosted Chick's vibrant team, this role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences through inventive marketing strategies and direct customer interactions, aiming to boost sales and enhance brand recognition in a competitive boutique bakery setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and engage customers effectively.
• Interact one-on-one with customers to establish relationships and improve their brand experience.
• Identify and address inquiries related to product care and use to maintain high customer satisfaction and product standards.
• Conduct sales processes and offer thorough after-purchase support to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Oversee and expand social media presence by managing targeted advertising and creating innovative campaigns tailored to the audience.
