About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong technical focus rather than a traditional Technical Program Manager. This position is centered on promoting operational excellence within Product and Engineering teams by collaborating closely with engineering leaders, product managers, customer-facing departments, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full coordination and execution of virtual customer meetings, Product Advisory Forums, and high-level executive events.
Oversee operational logistics for enterprise customer programs including invitations, registration management, attendee monitoring, surveys, and event coordination.
Take ownership of product escalation management such as feature requests, bug tracking, and identifying feature deficiencies, ensuring timely follow-up with Product and Engineering teams.
Manage and drive resolution for 30 to 40 global product escalations, maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders.
Develop and sustain scalable workflows across Product, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively gathered, prioritized, and integrated into product roadmap planning.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, remove obstacles, and orchestrate cross-team initiatives spanning multiple time zones.
Design, document, and refine operational processes that foster effective collaboration between Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
Address ad hoc operational requirements and enhance internal processes leveraging modern AI tools where suitable.

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience in Operations Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Program Operations within the software or technology sectors.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs and operational workflows.
Proficiency with Jira or comparable project and workflow management software.
Basic programming or scripting skills, preferably SQL and/or Python.
Comfort in utilizing contemporary AI tools to enhance productivity and automate tasks.
Strong communication abilities and adeptness in managing stakeholder relationships.
Capability to work effectively alongside Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and customer-facing teams.
Experience collaborating across multiple global time zones.

Preferred Credentials

Master's degree in Business or a technical discipline.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments, software development lifecycles, and cloud technology.
Previous involvement with managing Product Advisory Boards, enterprise customer programs, customer onboarding, or solutioning initiatives.

Operations Manager
