Role Overview

• Direct and manage all aspects of facility and data center operations.
• Guarantee compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations.
• Ensure client satisfaction by fostering strong client relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to maintain smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
