Job Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and analytical reporting related to IntegraConnect's accounts receivable management and support for external clients. This role requires identifying key anomalies and providing support across internal departments as needed while ensuring data integrity in managing the reporting team.

Primary Duties

• Lead and manage daily activities of the reporting and analysis personnel.
• Deliver analytical support to IntegraConnect's Operations and Senior Leadership.
• Handle data-related tasks including database troubleshooting and upkeep.
• Track financial and operational metrics across the client portfolio.
• Revise and update forecasts to aid financial accuracy in monthly profit and loss statements.
• Create innovative reporting tools and dashboards to enhance team operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Two to three years of analytical experience within the medical or healthcare sector.
• Two to three years of proven management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize various tasks.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Relevant project management expertise focusing on lean methodologies and goal-driven results.
