Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and sustaining an effective operational system that supports business objectives. This role requires multitasking and collaboration with various business units. Experience in injection molding is essential.

• Develop and uphold standards for productivity and reliability.
• Oversee everyday business operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Guide shift supervisors to achieve production goals and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Manage the department budget to align with organizational targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in a comparable managerial position.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding processes.
• Background in the Automotive Tier 1 industry.
