About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily operational activities. This role involves comprehensive management from hiring oversight to vendor relations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete daily operational processes.
- Supervise recruitment processes and maintain discipline within teams.
- Coordinate the process from customer bookings through to registration completion.
- Maintain strict control and discipline over CRM usage and lead management.
- Handle vendor relationships, office management, and supervision of the physical site.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports to the company's founder.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 30,000 to 55,000 INR.
