About the Role
Astrax Sports Club located in Alwal, Hyderabad is seeking a dedicated and responsible Operations Assistant to oversee the daily maintenance and functioning of the sports facility.
Primary Duties
- Responsible for opening and closing the sports club according to the set schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas including the turf, seating sections, washrooms, and entire premises.
- Provide assistance to customers when necessary.
- Ensure the upkeep of the facility and promptly report any maintenance concerns.
- Supervise equipment and enforce basic discipline within the venue.
Requirements
- Must be honest, punctual, and diligent in work ethic.
- Should possess basic communication skills in Telugu or Hindi; English language knowledge is advantageous.
- Previous experience in roles such as caretaker, security guard, or facility attendant is desirable but not mandatory.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, dependent on experience.
- Full-time position.
