Cornerstone Caregiving, a leading privately owned in-home care provider, has experienced significant expansion recently. Our mission is to empower seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. As part of our nationwide growth, we seek a dedicated Operating Director to lead the New Bedford, MA branch. You will receive strong corporate support and be critical in advancing our vision.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch independently while receiving ongoing corporate guidance and training.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Establish and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, and other relevant organizations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and monitor on-call duties to ensure proper shift coverage.
• Conduct in-home assessments to foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage financial aspects including office budgeting and profit and loss oversight.
• Build a positive workplace culture by motivating staff, incentivizing performance, and maintaining high team morale.
