Overview
We are seeking Non Tech Support Executives skilled in handling voice and chat customer interactions to join Aspire Teleservices at their Mohali location. This role is suitable for freshers and offers an opportunity to develop communication skills while assisting customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through both voice calls and chat platforms promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of 12th standard or graduation is mandatory.
- Good typing speed is essential to manage chat communications effectively.

Compensation and Location
