About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking experienced Nexthink Developers to join our teams in Chennai and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring the Nexthink platform to enhance enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure core Nexthink platform components including the Nexthink Collector (endpoint agents) and Nexthink Engine/Portal.
- Facilitate comprehensive device-level data gathering from various enterprise applications, systems, and user activities.
- Support Nexthink platform rollouts and maintenance across large scale enterprise settings to ensure optimal visibility and analytics.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven expertise in Nexthink platform implementation and configuration.
- In-depth understanding of endpoint data collection methodologies and tools.
- Experience with enterprise IT environments and deployment of analytics solutions.
