Overview
This opportunity is for multilingual professionals who want to work in Lisbon in either customer service or content moderation. The hiring is for full-time, on-site roles with several possible start dates over the coming months.
Role Details
Selected candidates will work as either a Customer Support Specialist or a Content Moderator for international clients based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal, on-site
Compensation: €900 to €1,500 gross per month, with the final amount varying based on the project and language market.
Language Requirements
Applicants should be fluent at C1/C2 level in one of the following language groups:
- German, Dutch, or French
- Italian, Spanish, or Turkish
- Nordic languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
- Other European languages
Relocation Support
Support with moving to Lisbon may be available depending on the project.
- Reimbursement for flight costs to Lisbon
- Accommodation that is provided or partially subsidized
- Help with local paperwork, tax registration, and onboarding
Requirements
- Strong command of one required language, plus a dependable working level of English
- Valid EU passport or an active work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate and work from the Lisbon office
- Ability to begin work soon after selection
