Molecular Genetics Scientist

About the Role

We seek a biologist with deep expertise in molecular and cellular biology to contribute to AI model development through the creation and verification of scientifically accurate content. This role focuses on laboratory techniques like CRISPR gene editing, cloning, PCR, and genotyping. Previous experience with AI is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and perform gene editing experiments using CRISPR technology.
• Conduct cloning, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), genotyping, and sequencing procedures.
• Design DNA and RNA constructs and assist in molecular screening processes.
• Interpret concepts related to molecular and cellular biology.
• Methodically document experimental processes to ensure scientific precision.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams on biology-centered projects.

Qualifications

• Possession of at least a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or closely related disciplines.
• Practical experience with CRISPR, cloning, PCR, and genotyping techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of molecular biology and genetics principles.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication capabilities.
• Highly detail-focused and able to operate independently.

Preferred Attributes

• Advanced degrees such as a master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Background in scientific content evaluation, data annotation, or AI-associated projects.
• Experience collaborating with remote or multidisciplinary teams.
