Role Overview

The Mobile UI Designer will focus on crafting sophisticated, user-friendly, and high-performing mobile experiences for BJAK's AI Neobank and related financial products. This position requires producing seamless, responsive, and aesthetically refined interfaces for mobile platforms, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to serve millions of daily users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android apps.
• Develop wireframes, user journey flows, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Create mobile experiences encompassing insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Build and sustain mobile design systems with reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with developers to achieve pixel-perfect implementations.
• Refine interfaces focusing on usability, accessibility, and adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on analytics, user feedback, and usability testing.
• Maintain design consistency across various devices, screen dimensions, and operating systems.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mobile application UI design.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality mobile UI work is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced interactive prototyping techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles.
• Strong skills in mobile usability, responsive design layouts, and interaction design.
• Keen attention to detail in typography, spacing, color schemes, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate complex financial workflows into clean and efficient mobile interfaces.

This role is fully remote; however, applicants must reside in Ireland as the hire targets this market specifically. Strong English communication skills are essential.
