About the Role
Join Johnsons Dry Cleaners, a proud member of the Timpson Group, as a Mobile Branch Colleague. This permanent, full-time position is based in Boroughbridge and Ripon and offers an opportunity to work across multiple branches in your local area. You will be responsible for stepping in during staff absences to support branch managers with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide relief support across various branches within your coverage area.
- Assist branch managers in managing daily tasks and branch operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, including performing daily acts of kindness for customers or colleagues.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred, though not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to reliable transport is essential due to coverage of multiple locations.

Work Hours and Compensation
- Work 40 hours per week across five days including weekends, with possibilities for overtime after training.
- Starting pay of 3.75 per hour, increasing to 3.80 post successful trial.
