Role Overview
The Minibar Attendant will manage daily minibar activities and ensure in-room refreshment areas are kept stocked, tidy, and aligned with brand standards. The role requires careful handling of guest consumption records, attention to room status, and completion of all shift-related opening and closing tasks.
Key Duties
You will inspect minibar units in arrival, departure, and occupied rooms; replenish items as needed; and make sure presentation and cleanliness meet company expectations. You will also document guest usage accurately, share this information with the coordinator, and follow all required sanitation, safety, health, and ISO procedures while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate has worked previously in a similar hospitality position, such as minibar service, restaurant service, or bar service. Success in this role depends on being dependable, confident, communicative, adaptable, and able to stay composed in busy situations. Strong spoken English, punctuality, flexibility, and a service-first mindset are important.
