About the Company

Role Overview
As a key member of the Corporate Development team reporting to senior leadership, you will contribute significantly to evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on transaction experience across the full deal lifecycle—from opportunity evaluation and financial modeling to due diligence, deal execution, and securing investment approvals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Developing and updating detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Assisting in the assessment of acquisition, investment, and partnership prospects.
- Coordinating due diligence procedures with internal teams and external advisors.
- Preparing comprehensive materials for Investment Committees, Executives, and the Board.
- Performing commercial and strategic analyses to support investment decisions.
- Contributing to transaction execution and integration activities post-acquisition.
Candidate Profile
- Between 3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking, infrastructure investment, private equity, or transaction advisory.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A or strategic investment transactions.
- High commercial awareness combined with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a closely related field is required. Professional credentials such as CA, CFA, or equivalents are highly regarded. Although not mandatory, familiarity with the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is considered an advantage.
