Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate forecasts and oversee inventory management to meet sales, margin, and stock objectives.
• Manage Open-to-Buy budgets and contribute to financial planning for seasonal product ranges.
• Analyze sales data, stock levels, and trading outcomes to detect risks and opportunities.
• Optimize inventory across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels to support growth.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to maintain efficient stock movements.
• Assist in assortment curation, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Generate regular performance reports and commercial insights for leadership.
• Guide and support the Merchandise Assistant, enhancing planning processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 3+ years of experience in merchandise or inventory planning.
• Demonstrates strong skills in forecasting, Open-to-Buy management, and inventory control.
• Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable using various planning software.
• Experience across retail, wholesale, or eCommerce settings.
• Excellent analytical, commercial judgement and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Well-organized with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
