Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The Member will play a vital role in supporting local operations by facilitating the delivery and adoption of Orange's digital and connectivity services. Key responsibilities involve engaging community stakeholders, gathering user feedback, and assisting in outreach initiatives that advocate for digital, financial, and energy inclusion. Collaboration with colleagues to uphold service quality, recording operational data, and escalating issues appropriately are essential parts of this position.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Respectful interaction with diverse communities and ability to establish positive relationships with customers and local partners.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools such as mobile devices, online platforms, and standard office software.
- Organizational abilities to handle daily tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to procedures.
- Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to community development and social impact.
- Team-oriented mindset, openness to guidance, and flexibility to adjust to changing operational demands.
- Experience in customer support, community outreach, or service delivery is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication, social sciences, or related disciplines are preferred.
