What you'll do

- Decide whether a piece is ready for publication or needs to be rejected.
- Verify that the content reflects the latest medical knowledge and standards.
- Share clear, constructive feedback with writers when revisions are needed.
- Serve as the named medical reviewer on published content, with your credentials and bio shown publicly on the website.
Requirements
- An MD or an equivalent qualification from a US medical school.
- Strong English writing and editing ability.
- Solid understanding of evidence-based medicine.
- Comfort working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Willingness to have your name and professional credentials displayed publicly on reviewed articles and on a bio page.
- Must pass a background check.
Compensation and schedule
The role pays $100 per hour. It is a remote contract position with a project-based workflow and the freedom to choose your own hours.
