Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Packaging Team Lead to test, design, and support projects, both new and ongoing.
• Serve as the main liaison between CSI/Sales, Production, and Logistics teams for design and sample processes.
• Organize and prioritize the Design Centre’s work schedule to ensure sample quality standards are met.
• Handle documentation including Engineering Change Orders, tooling layouts, quotations, and production drawings.
• Create or adapt artwork and take part in client site visits alongside sales representatives.
• Manage Design Centre updates, control supplies stock, lab presentations, and oversee waste disposal.
• Implement and maintain quality control practices in line with ISO Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Support upkeep of Test Lab and Design Centre equipment, ensuring calibration and software are up to date.
• Provide training assistance for CAD Table Operatives and collaborate on projects with the US team.
• Participate in relevant training sessions and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• 2-3 years of experience in a design or engineering role, preferably in packaging or a related sector.
• Advanced skills in CAD software and meticulous attention to documentation control.
• Strong communication capabilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
