Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will shape and drive marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, attract qualified leads, improve customer acquisition, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This position must ensure that campaigns and plans support overall business goals while strengthening the company’s market standing and customer relationships.
Scope of Work
This role covers the planning and execution of marketing programs across digital and traditional channels. It also involves market research, brand development, campaign management, and coordination of product promotion activities to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design yearly marketing plans that match the company’s business goals.
- Build and roll out strategies for product promotion and brand growth.
- Study market movements, customer expectations, and competitor actions.
- Prepare marketing budgets and use funds efficiently.
- Run SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Review website performance and digital campaign results.
- Bring in strong leads through digital initiatives.
- Strengthen the company’s online presence and audience engagement.
- Keep brand communication consistent across every channel.
- Develop brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain uniform messaging and visual identity in all communications.
- Plan and execute marketing activity both online and offline.
- Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional drives.
- Measure campaign return on investment and refine future activity accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a similar discipline is required. An MBA with a marketing specialization is preferred. The role calls for 5 to 8 years of overall marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
