About the Role
Our client, a reputed insurance broker based in Dublin city centre, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their comprehensive marketing efforts, blending engaging live events with data-driven digital campaigns. This unique position suits someone who thrives both on energizing face-to-face brand activations and on analyzing digital marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of traditional and experiential marketing by planning and executing sponsorships, conferences, trade shows, and brand activations that effectively position the company before targeted audiences.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, and content creation to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
- Integrate offline and online marketing activities, ensuring every physical event is complemented digitally and every digital initiative has tangible real-world validation.
- Oversee marketing budgets and track return on investment to justify expenditure and demonstrate impact.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product teams, and senior leadership to align marketing strategies with overall commercial objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing efforts across both live events/traditional channels and digital platforms.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to handle event coordination alongside data interpretation, such as managing industry stands and analyzing Google Ads performance.
- Proven skills in managing stakeholders and owning budgetary decisions.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Residence in or willingness to commute to Dublin city centre is necessary.
What the Company Offers
- A dynamic, varied role where no two weeks are identical.
- End-to-end responsibility over marketing strategy and execution.
- Flexible working pattern with four days remotely and one day in-office weekly.
- A competitive salary reaching up to €60,000 annually.
- A workplace culture that regards marketing as a vital growth catalyst rather than an afterthought.
